In addition to training for new users, we offer advanced courses and also a refresher course for staff who have had a break in using the software and want to quickly and easily pick up where they left off. thankQ integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Office products so we also run courses to help users get the most out of this integration, covering topics such as letter templates, reporting and analysis. That’s why we provide a dedicated team of Support staff, immediately available by telephone. To ensure a rapid response with minimal disruption to your users, they use a remote connection from our office straight to your system. And finally, to help both us and you to monitor our level of service they will log all your calls so that you can track them online, from this website.
