Information about the contact (relationships, communication history, enquiry / sales / project history, mailing preferences) is held on a number of different tabs, access rights to each of which can be set differently for each user, as appropriate.

thankQ is an ideal tool to manage your communications with your contacts. Its links to Microsoft office packages enable documents (for example letters, quotations and service level agreements) to be generated quickly and easily, with all relevant information automatically populated (e.g. name, address). In addition, important outgoing and incoming emails can be sent and logged via thankQ.
All documents produced within the system appear on thankQ’s communication list providing a clear picture of the history of contact with any named person or organisation.
If necessary, certain documents can be procedurally controlled using workflow.
sales order processing
The entire sales process can be managed through thankQ from enquiry stage through to project completion using thankQ’s workflow engine to ensure that the correct procedures are followed.
thankQ’s Action Manager ensures that sales leads are followed up and its powerful reporting options enable management to track prospects with ease.
Product, service and cost/pricing information may be stored and managed with thankQ, ensuring that all members of the sales team are working to current information. Alternatively, this information can be picked up and integrated from your MRP/ERP/finance system.
This information can then be used to generate quotations, the details of which are also stored within thankQ. As a quotation becomes an order, thankQ can generate your invoices (using the information stored from the quotation). In turn this data can be passed to your finance system, eliminating re-keying and duplication of effort.
